1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Use of the jp123 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jp123 is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on jp123 under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter contracts.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on jp123 or on any other gaming platform where such an order may be recognised by jp123.
• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered jp123 Account. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one Account at any time.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. jp123 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jp123 Services, you must complete the registration process at the jp123 Login page and create a valid Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Rule: Each Member may hold only one Account on jp123. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.
• Accurate Registration: You must provide your full legal name, valid date of birth, correct residential address in Indonesia, and a functional contact email address. jp123 may reject or suspend any Account where registration data is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jp123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify jp123 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Verification (KYC): jp123 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or bank statement — at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in Account suspension.
• Account Closure: Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting jp123 customer support. Outstanding wagering commitments must be settled before a closure request is processed. jp123 may also close Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months, provided written notice is given to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jp123 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp123 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels to ensure members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, and all other major cities can transact conveniently and without currency conversion costs.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet transfers). jp123 may add or remove payment methods from time to time at its discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Member's Account.
• Deposit Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited in real time in the majority of cases.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 23:00 WIB are processed within 15 minutes under standard conditions. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawal Verification: The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the jp123 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances and will be refused.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of all accrued Bonus Funds on the Account.
• Transaction Limits: jp123 reserves the right to set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Members will be notified of applicable limits via their Account dashboard. Limit changes take effect within 24 hours of notification.
• Fraud Prevention: jp123 monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for indicators of fraud, money laundering, and abuse. jp123 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction pending investigation. Members cooperating fully with any investigation will experience the shortest possible delays.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jp123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard rollover on deposit bonuses is 10x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account automatically. jp123 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sportsbook bets on odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%–20% depending on the specific title. jp123 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates for specific games or markets.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and incomplete may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: jp123 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, or coordinated play between multiple Accounts — is detected.
• Seasonal Promotions: jp123 may run time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events (Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, BRI Liga 1 season launches, and others). Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses: jp123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account at the time of withdrawal will not be retroactively removed if the Member is already actively fulfilling the wagering requirements.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on jp123. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, poker formats, and other game categories are published separately within the relevant product sections of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: jp123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including wagers that exceed platform stake limits, wagers placed on suspended markets, or wagers that jp123 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. jp123 may adjust limits for individual Members based on betting history or platform-wide risk management requirements.
• Sportsbook Markets: jp123's sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia internationals, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, badminton (Thomas Cup, All England, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), e-sports (MPL Indonesia Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and additional markets. Markets are opened and closed at jp123's discretion based on event availability and trading decisions.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected fixtures. jp123 may suspend in-play markets at any time to manage risk. Wagers placed on an in-play market that is subsequently suspended due to a technical issue will be voided and stakes returned.
• Void Bets: A Wager will be declared void and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours from its scheduled start time; a technical error affects the integrity of the market; or jp123 determines that the outcome was affected by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the event.
• Winnings Settlement: Winnings are credited to the Member's Account Balance promptly following official settlement of the relevant event or game round. jp123 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results in the event of a disputed outcome.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) betting is available on selected sportsbook markets. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to be paid out. If any selection is void, the bet is recalculated as a parlay on the remaining non-void selections.

7 Responsible Gaming

jp123 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all Members via their Account settings at no charge.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour reflection period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may voluntarily suspend their Account for a period of 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place wagers or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting jp123 customer support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. jp123 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the registration of a new Account by a self-excluded Member.
• Age Restrictions: jp123 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gaming platforms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jp123. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, and residential address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's games, odds-setting systems, or cashier to obtain funds to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Using funds of unclear or illegal origin to make deposits on jp123 (money laundering). jp123 cooperates with international anti-money-laundering frameworks and will freeze and report suspicious transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jp123 staff, customer support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account, or any part of the jp123 platform that is not intended to be publicly accessible.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jp123 platform — including but not limited to the jp123 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jp123 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jp123 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jp123 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or create derivative works based on jp123's proprietary content.

Any unauthorised use of jp123 intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the Member to civil or criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

jp123 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jp123 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and improving the platform experience. jp123 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by jp123, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. All such requests should be directed to [email protected].

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, jp123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the jp123 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime; financial losses resulting from a Member's own betting decisions; or any action taken by jp123 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

jp123's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jp123 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jp123 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or as a result of circumstances beyond jp123's reasonable control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jp123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jp123 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the jp123 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Member does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using jp123 and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3 of these Terms.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at jp123.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the document was most recently updated.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jp123 holds its international gaming licence. jp123 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

Members access jp123 at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them in their country or region of residence. jp123 makes no warranty that the platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those expressly covered by its international gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jp123's internal complaint resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in jp123's licence terms.
